Chef Vinny Accardi acquired his love of all things food while working as a stock boy at a gourmet Italian deli in his hometown of Maspeth, Queens. In his senior year of high school, while working at the deli after school, he also took on an internship at an upscale NYC restaurant two nights a week.

Vinny found the restaurant world exciting and he loved being around food. It was then that he decided he wanted to make cooking his career.

He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America on May 5, 2000.

Vinny competed on season 8 of Hell's Kitchen, going far in the competition and leaving a lasting impression on his fellow chefs and fans alike. It is his incredible cooking talent and his ability to make provocative food that has gained him respect and admiration.

Vinny is very passionate about the food he cooks and is proud to be opening his first restaurant in his native Queens.
